About
I have grown ESA revenue at six companies.
I’m Cailin Sandvig. I started this practice to help proliferate high quality educational materials and services to any child who can benefit.
My school choice work started in 2018, at Homeschool Buyers Club. Since then: Outschool, Age of Learning, Magna Education, Presidents for Kids, and Savvy Learning. As an employee, as a contractor, and as an outside consultant. Age of Learning, where I had led homeschool marketing years earlier, brought me back specifically for their ESA strategy.
Six companies is enough to see what repeats. In one of them I grew the ESA business from $3 million to $15 million. In another I took the footprint from two approved states to twelve, and built the distribution across ClassWallet, Odyssey, Student First Technologies, and Step Up to carry it.
That is the difference between reading these programs and selling through them. I know why a single day spikes your order volume, which communities decide what a state’s families buy, and what a product title has to say to get found inside a state marketplace.
ESA Growth Partners is a single-practitioner firm. I do the work, run every engagement, and write everything published here. When something calls for a specialist, I bring one in and tell you who they are.
Not a policy analyst who picked up marketing. A marketer who has spent a career selling education to families, and the last eight years inside ESA programs.
ESA Growth Partners advises education companies on school choice go-to-market: what these programs are and how the money actually moves, which states to enter, how to get approved and paid, who the buyers are, and how to reach them.
Much of what decides all of it sits in an administrator’s handbook rather than in a statute.
